Andy is a project, programme and portfolio management industry expert. He has led multiple organisations to high project management maturity, and is one of a handful of individuals in New Zealand that have been independently assessed as achieving P3M3 maturity level 4 and above. He led one organisation to the highest official Axelos P3M3 certification score in New Zealand. He is a winner of the Project Management Institute PMINZ Project Management Office of the Year award.
Alongside consulting Andy is the University of Otago’s Director of Transformation and Improvement, leading their PMO, programme delivery and business process management functions. He has held roles as the head of a PMO, an enterprise portfolio manager and project manager. He has worked in corporate, public sector, and third sector roles which have included a fortune 500 company, local and national government, tertiary education and FMCG.
Andy has experience of working in all three major project portfolio categories: construction, digital, and business transformation.
